How do we define inclusion? 

At Mutual of Omaha, when we refer to inclusion, we are describing a desired environment where everyone feels a sense of:

    Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Taskforce

    Our DEI Taskforce is made up of employees representing each business unit and operation in the company. The DEI Taskforce provides focus and direction for DEI initiatives.

    Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

    Mutual is home to nine ERGs, consisting of associates who have voluntarily joined together around shared characteristics, life experiences, or general curiosity. Each group focuses on creating awareness and programming to improve the diversity and inclusiveness of our workforce, workplace and business.
